3.1 Non-Recourse Financing. JDS may offer non-recourse financing options for qualified individuals or entities involved in legal claims. Our determination of eligibility and specific terms of financing are subject to our discretion and due diligence process. 3.2 Not a Loan. Any funding that we provide is contingent upon the successful resolution of your legal case. This arrangement is distinct from a traditional loan, and repayment is not required if you do not recover funds from your claim. 3.3 Funding Agreements. Any financing arrangement you enter into with JDS will be governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the details of the financing. These Terms govern your use of the Site and do not modify or replace any terms contained in a funding contract.

4. Privacy Practices
